I cant create an account

I have everything installed but I cannot go to the site that lets me create an account.

I'm actually having this same problem. I think it's due to the thing they posted on their main site, which says:

For a short time tonight, many people may attempt to log into Vanguard only to be told they do not have a subscription. You are getting this error because we are running a quick script to fix some issues. It is temporary, and you should be able to log in again in just a few minutes.

It should be working now, at least it was for me.

I still cannot create an account. I get the Launch Pad but when I press the Create New Account the box is blank and when I press New Account I get a site adress that doesn't go anywhere.

I just created an account but I cannot login without a Subiption, when will they fix this?
