diplo in khal: civic tutorial npc and gentzik the gnome

hello poeple,

i really wanted to spend a lot of time with diplomacy, but i have some serious (?) problems. i did the basic diplo tutorial and the first few diplo quests. i heard people talk and write about a civic diplomacy tutorial, but i don´t know where to find the tutorial npc.

the other problem is the timed "infuriating keyvan (or something like that)" diplo-quest where you have beat gentzik the gnome (flowers vendor at the stables). i can´t beat him. at least not with the cards i have now. can someone help me with this? thanks in advance

I haven't been to Kahl so I'm not sure where the civic trainer is there, but in Leth Nurae he was over by the trading district.

And if you find there is an NPC with an unbeatable deck, I would recommend /bug'ing it.. The person in charge of diplomacy is constantly tweaking the decks of NPCs to make sure they are realistic.
