Wierd lines by my boxes?

Ever since I installed the game, it runs fine, however there is a constant wierd white line around all of my boxes on screen like my target box, chat box, etc. Here is an attached in-game screen shot that I added Red arrows in MSPaint, they point to the lines that I see. You can barely see them but the arrows should help.

They also don't go away when I install a UI. ANy ideas for help please? Thanks a lot

I could be wrong but it almost looks like you have things set in Layout Mode. Check the Settings on the Interface tab, I think it's the second option down.

I know, it looks like I am in layout mode, but that's the thing, I am not. When I turn on layout mode however, many many more lines show up where the borders of everything would/should be. When I turn layout mode off, they get down to what they are in these screenshots all the time.
