I'm using this not only as a warning to any balcksmith/armorsmiths but to complain as well since they won't answer my petition. I'm on the flamehammer server and can finally make some tin armor. I also have a recipe called tin armor upgrade where I can combine a completed tin armor piece with a rare resource such as nickle and it supposedly will make it better. So I had found a piece of nickle and thought I'd give it a shot. No sweat! Got it to item quality A and hit complete and it gave me a bugged item with an icon that looks like a no smoking sign and has no stats can't equip or do anything with it. If I was still in beta sure I'll accept it but now I'm paying to play and I just lost a nice item of armor as well as a rare resource and not any type of responce from customer service. Is there any way I can contact someone in game directly? Thanks for your help.
