Dust/Exotic Merchants - where are they?

Title pretty much says it all, after looking for 2 days and asking in game, does anyone know where I can find the Exotic Goods Merchants, aka the people who sell low level crafting dusts?

There is one in Halgarad, plain as day in 2nd of the 2 crafting halls you reach as you go up the hill. He's in the back left corner of the hall.

In Bonar's Cleft the exotic merchant is the old dye merchant in Thuneraxe's general goods shop in the merchant area.

Old Dye merchant in Mekalia is now a duster! lol.

Its in the armor shop next door to the crafting trainers in Thetaton Square.

there's one in Rindol Field , standing off to the right of the Mayor (Tursh chunk).

In khal hes standing on the docks north of the crafters hall next to the advance crafting equipment vendor

There's also one in Hathor Zhi for the evils where all the other merchants are (normal merchants, not crafting suppliers)
