Bad News for Intel

Everybody in the industry knows that Intel has been using strong-arming tactics. The only question is whether it can be proven. In other countries it's hard to say... in an American court it's pretty unlikely.

I'm not sure the "raid" is likely to turn up very much... Intel's careful, and with all the lawsuits in various countries right now, I'm sure their Exchange servers have a very light load all of a sudden.
