Druid Wolf Form .... ugh..

So, who else thinks the Druid Wolf form is ugly, bugged, and annoying?

1) Ugly - They could really do something sweet w/the model and it just looks like a black wolf.... Any good suggestions? I'm at least glad it is a different model than the Wood Elf Racial Transformation...

2) Bugged - List of bugs I've found so far in just a few minutes of testing...
a. Spell effects seem to be lacking around model when buffing, etc.
b. When crossing chunks I'm back to my human self .. with the wolf buff still activated.
c. Speed Buff, what is supposed to be correct? I've noticed that my speed goes up if I have the wolf buff on (of course). It goes up even more if I have SoW activated (ok.. makes sense)... but what about when I mount.. is there even a point to mount? It is slower to mount now.. maybe that will change at lvl 20 when I get the 2nd teir mounts?

3) Annoying - PLEASE FOR THE LOVE TO VG... CHANGE THAT HOWL EVERY CAST... Please add some diversity or just somethign not so darn annoying.... heck, even a complete removal of the howl would be nice.. or maybe make it howl once per fight or something.... I mean, in human form doesn't say ARRRGG every cast.... It is just plain annoying....

Anything else we can talk about related to this? What have others discovered... It just seems lacking and/or broken ...

It should be few and far between or manual trigger only in my opinion. Anything more is seriously grating on everyone in ear shot.

Wait till you guys get group wolf. The buff immediately drops from groupmates after they enter combat. But the form stays until you chunk, even if you die. Another broken Phenom to the tally I guess.

it has nothing to do with the race, it has to do with what face you choose when you create / customize the character, try it for yourself :)

So, what is your guys run speed with SOW and wolf form?

Mine doesn't get any higher then 159.85 and I wonder if that's a bug as well?

Wolf form is 50% increase and SoW is a 30% increase.

On top of that furry races should get 10% extra but that doesn't seem to work at all...

They don't stack how they did in Beta. The stack, but SoW only adds a little more speed. My run speed is at 162, your vitality will change the percentage a little bit.

I didn't like the black wolf too much in Beta, I didn't know how you got your color wolf and I happened to be white at launch. I love the white wolf, the grey one is pretty cool too. What I didn't like about the black one, there is no detail on the model so it looks like a silohuette.

There has been talk that the devs are changing the wolf howl. It really is annoying....I like to use sound (as do groupmates).
