I had jsut completed this quest and it was bugged. IE it was finished but no NPC would end the quest nor would it advance to another quest / NPC to continue it.
So I abandoned the quest and was going to start it over. The problem is I cannot find where the starter NPC for that quest is. I have checked in the house of whispers and up on three cranes mountain and nothing. Also look in every house in Tanvu. Can anyone give any assistance with this?

Found this on vanguard players
"Players who abandon diplomacy quests, lose quests due to server crashes, or fail to accept a quest the first time it is offered may never be able to do the quest again. This is being worked on. "
Not the answer I was hoping for but at least it is being worked.

I'm stuck in the exact same way. I was never able to turn the quest in so I abandoned it and returned to Fai Lin Aurora. She wanted to send me back to the mountain top again and there I'm sitting now waiting for my recall to refresh. None of the ladies wishes to speak to me there.
I think what triggered the bug is that I spoke to the magistrates in the order of the list in the quest description and not in the order stated in the sentence just below the list.
OT: Chi Sau Lotusfield was very difficult but I finally found a strategy with only 3 cards :D

Hi folks. I made some changes that should make things a little easier on you if you lose the thread. You can pick up the quest again (if you dropped it) from Windwalker, Aurora, or Threecranes.

I'm having a spot of trouble with this quest. I got distracted after chatting up one of the people and I left the building. Now I can't find the house again. I've run all over (I think) trying to find it. Does anyone have any pointers on where the house is or any landmarks to get back to it?
