Kurashasa Diplomacy Quest -'Learn Rebutt'

Hey all!

I'm stuck on a particular Diplomacy quest in a series of quests and was hoping that this was the place to ask for some assistance.

I got the quest from the Kurashasa named Aresha in Qur'xa. She told me to find Ragan and engage him in a parley using the rebuttal statements. However, when I talk to Ragan Fulgar there's no option to parley :( So I can't complete the quest. Anyone experienced this? Or have a suggestion?

I've gotten further than this and it took a while to work out and lots of re-reading the quest log :)

First you need to speak with the Female Kurasha (Will check her name when I get home) on the path to Lormshir just as you leave the twisting gate.

Parley with her to get forwarded onto Ragan who will then speak with you and give you further quests.

I've finished this quest line and my quest shows as complete but I can't "hand it in" anywhere, not to my original Diplomacy trainer or Ragan.....

I'm going to try the Dark Elves next to see if they are the final hand in point.
