View Full Version : Bug with Disicple Bonds?

I noticed a couple people having trouble with a few Disciple bonds?
Its pissing me off that my Kiss of the Heaven (heals ally over 60 seconds) keeps breaking during odd times, sometimes even 3 seconds after i cast it. Is it a known bug or what? I submitted a bug report but of course there is no confirmation on the reports.
Oh and the cast time for those group heals (besides the finisher one) is too long. Holy, healing healing healing....group dead.

Long heals are our trade off for almost never running out of energy. If they nerf that then ask for shorter heals but until then work with the attack heal, endowments and jin flaring. Besides Breath of Renewal is pretty damn fast as is and anyway to be a really good healer you need to learn when people are going to take damage before it happens. If you can't tell that then your not focused.
I don't think any of my bonds work, however.

Dont get me wrong. I can heal efficiently but the problem is the the beneficial bonds that dont seem to work. Its like saying that the clerics can heal well but the buffs arent working.
Bonds are a major selling point of disciples and touch of woe is definitely not going to satisfy me.

Yeah, becuase I can have 2 bonds, and yet can only have one of a given bond up at a time.

I can confirm Kiss of Heaven is hosed. It does not stay on the target for more than 10 secs....ever. Blessed Wind is hosed, too. It only heals your target the initial tick. These two items need to be fixed because they are our primary HoTs and are seriously hindered without them.
The end leech bond is bugged in that if it is resisted the game still adds it to your list of maintained spells. That shouldn't happen...though we should still lose 2 Jin on a resist. By the way, this bond is resisted way too much on 3-dot+ mobs which is exactly the kind of mobs we would be using this bond on because of the longer fights. Reduce resist rate, please.
The +10% damage and reflect damage bonds have worked as described every time for me.
