Wood Elf Warriors...

Has anyone out there done the defensive stance quest as a Wood Elf warrior? I been looking for the guy near the water's edge, I mark his location, stand right on top of it, and he is not there. There is nothing above or below the location it says he is at either, so I know I am in the right place. Any help / advice would be appreciated.

As you exit the treehut, go right. He should be the first NPC you come across.

You first hail him, then you attack him.

I standing right on the spot where Maghra is on my locations and he is not here. I am outside the tree, to the right. There is no one here, ran around for like 20 minutes looking for him, still no sign of him.

EDIT: ok, well, I had to delete the quest and get it again. That worked. Thanks for confirming i was in the right spot, heh.
