High Elf Diplomacy Problem

I'm a level 10 high elf, and I've completed diplomacy in Leth Nurae up to level 40. But now there doesn't seem to be anywhere to go - all civic diplomacy NPCs say I don't have high enough skill to parley with them. I've heard there's a horse quest too, but I have no idea how to start that. The last quest I did was the "Her Majesty's Secret Service" which mentioned being an outside liasion between the city and the outpost.

How do I keep doing diplomacy?

You need to be at least level 10 for the horse quest.

Try talking to the Princess in the Palace, inside the main door and to your left. She's got an errand she would like you to run. (And you'll have 20 minutes to do it in.)

Yep.....


And beyond that, it is all civic diplomacy. :)
