Cant Continue in diplomacy? 42skill level.

Hey guys, i have a big question. I havent been able to progress in ANY diplomacy simply because it will not allow me to do the civic diplomacy tutorials.

I started a dark elf the day of the pre-launch stuff and ever since then i havent dont any diplomacy simply because it gives me a brick wall, i accept the civic diplomacy tutorial quest's and it tell me to go to my trainer. I have visited both the diplomatic trainer and my class trainer and they have provided nothing. I cany engage into diplomatic conversations with most npc's because thier skill level is 100+ i havent seen anything lower than that.

If someone could just help me getting through this wall id really appreciate it.

Did you look under the Civic Diplomacy option with Drexel and equip the Noble Rod? The tutorial parleys for civic is under there. (and you need the rod to do the parleys)

I lost the rod a while ago, starting dieng and random peices of my equipment would just dissapear in thin air, i got a majority of it back but.. not the rod.

Other than getting the rod, the civic tutorials do nothing fo ryou other than teach you about civic diplomacy. You can find all the information online. At this point, you are looking for skill 50 NPCs. Depending on where your area is, this may or may not be easy to do. You may even have to venture out into other cities to find them. Maybe post your race so that people here can give you some idea of where to start.
