Does anyone have a good explanation of how it works?

I see the debuff appear in my buffs list (I assume this means somehow that my enemy has the debuff on him).

How do I get DC II to work? I have never seen it appear and I spammed my DC abilities when I was testing it out.

WHat does that little red dial next to my target's name mean?

I have been trying to figure this out too...I have been working on a DK player for a while now and never really understood what it was doing...I found this:

Dreadful Countenance: The dread knight exudes an aura of fear that debilitates nearby opponents. At the second level, dreadful countenance turns into wave of despair, and your opponents will become further debilitated and more likely to flee. A dread knight can also cast the shadow incarnate spell, which turns the knight into a fearsome shadow, maximizing the dreadful countenance affect.

I wish I knew what the debilitation actually was...hmmm...

The little red dial on the left side of the target window indicates your current level of DC. The red line builds up as you use abilities that increase DC and when you fill up the red bar it adds another point of DC. You can only attain certain levels of DC based upon your character level. For example, at levels 1-4 you can only have a max of 1 point of DC. At 5-14 you can have up to 2 points, etc. At higher levels, DC turns into an area effect rather than just the mob you are targetting. I'm not sure at what level that starts, though.

Ok, we're getting somewhere now :)

I can't see any connection between using abilities and that red dial (it usually looks full to me), but maybe thats just server/client lag...

Also, does this have anything to do with the combat messages where the mob is less likely to hit me? Does this mean its a detaunt? Or an accuracy debuff? On just me or anyone?
