Striking the Mountain bugged. (Bard)

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but Striking the Mountain does not do the 200% damage it's supposed to. I thought this may be a rank thing. So I waited until I got rank III at lvl 20 to see if it was only rank II that was bugged. It's not, rank III still doesn't do 200% damage. Sever the Tie does the exact same amount of damage as STM.

Most bard attacks are bugged atm in the way you described which is not doing the damage they should be, hopefully sigil might fix bards soon .....

I wouldn't hold your breathe on them fixing anything to do with bards anytime soon . After the massive nerf we got they obviously want us to be the worst dps toons after tanks . They nerf our only decent dps attack by over 300% which is ridiculous. If they really cared about balance they would of fixed all our other attacks before nerfing tempest .
