Character Set-Back

For the last two days, I have received four character rollsback. I crash to the desktop, and when I log back in, I am anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour rollback. This is getting very frustrating. I have finished the beginning outfitter quests three times, only to get set back each time. This rollback started right after I reset my crafting from blacksmithing to outfitter. Any causation there? I have tried restarting my computer and that doesn't work. I have petitioned three times, and have not received a word. Any suggestions?

Edit: I guess the work Rollback would be more fitting then setback.
