Possible to change profession ?

i was a bit hooked to everquest2 when i decided to be a blacksmith. I had the illusion that shaman wear chain and i wanted to make my own chain. Wrong :P

Is it possible to drop and start as leatherworker ?

Also someone told me i can drop my harvesting and take another one. Is this true and how does it work ?

I'm fairly sure you can change your profession because i think they just put in a number of NPCs to do just that. Not completely sure tho.

However, I'm sure you can change your harvesting skills. Just go back to the trainer that taught you about harvesting the first time :)

To change your profession you must complete the initial profession tutorial quests completely. Once done, go speak to the instructor of the craft you would like to change to.
