Well it leads to the Plane of Shadow version of Hilsbury Manor. I don't know if you play D&D any, but in most fantasy game cosmologies, the Plane of Shadow is a dark reflection of the real world. Sort of like the mirror universe of Star Trek. You can always tell who is a shadow version of a person, because the shadow version always has a beard or goatee. Dwarves get screwed in that regard. "Is he the shadow version or the real one? I can't tell because they both have beards!"
Joking aside, that is the reason why there is a "mirror Hilsbury Manor". It's the Shadow Plane version of Hilsbury Manor.
