I ask because I recently switched over to harmonious from drunken. After auming I have Deadly Adder Hand I, Eagle Claw I and Tiger Pounces I. After auming about 70 more times I haven't learned anything new, however its still telling me "You have failed to learn anything new" which means that there is still (supposedly) a skill I can learn.

What skills do you have at level 22? are any of them level II?

You just wasted a lot of time auming for abilities you dont have. Since launch you only have to AUm once to get abilities that are available to you. I dont think Harmonious gets another ability until 26 or 28, but Im not 100% sure.

Anyways- what are you still doing as a Harmonious Monk whe Crane Stance is garbage after the nerf? Might as well go Dragon over Tiger Stance alone...
