Well after a small group of Guildmates explored and completed the questline from Ligor Kwaggle (Lead researcher) in Dragons Backbone zone, we have run into a deadend.

We completed collecting the stones which lead to 3 other quests (Stele tablets, Glyph rubbings and A bit of Crystal) we then proccedded to finish them and hand into Ligor Kwaggle.

He Told us to talk to a J2E engineer and bring him a J2E drill which we then got and returned back to Ligor Kwaggle. A Text box opened and he told us quote "Stand back this could get messy"

and we waited...
and nothing happened, no further quest no nothing.

Im sure this is a bug or maybe it is just unfished content. Im just hoping we didnt mess up our chances on furthering the quest due to unfinished conent and be unable to proceed further.(when it does come out)
Either way Im hoping a DEV could comment on this questline. Or other players to see if the same thing happened to them.

Well, maybe it is unfinished/broken. Did you write a /bug report?

yes, maybe Ill write a bug report in-game when I get home from work... just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or lookin for a dev/designer comment.

Unfortunately my past experience with bugged quests tells me you are screwed. I've had similar issues with "ring event" type quests, and after it bugged out I was never able to complete them. I hope I'm wrong and wish you luck!

The designer said that this quest wasn't intended to go live as of yet. As you've noticed, it currently ends abruptly but it will continue when the quest is finished and tested.

He says that you're not screwed and it will function appropriately when the rest of it goes in

Shouldn't the whole line been disabled until everything was ready?
