Husband and I are having fun with a psionicist / sorcerer combo. I'm sure we're not the most powerful for 4 dot or higher (to be honest, haven't even tried one in awhile, maybe we will when I get a real charm), but we take down 3-dot yellows just fine, are able to handle adds, and have a good time with multiple 2-dots.

Sometimes it's not about what level of mobs you can take out, but about how much fun you're having doing it.

Monk/Disciple, both can FD if the situation gets overwhelming.

Bard/Disciple duo makes for great survivablity and excellent travel times. We kill at a decent rate also. Haven't been able to do 5 dotters though. We have managed to consistantly do most 4 dotters through yellow. Reds you miss way too much to survive for as long as it takes to kill them.
