so i am on this q with a friend of mine and we cant seem to find where to toss the neck over b/c where the dot is on the map it doesnt seem like it works. was wondering if any1 has done this quest b4 and is willin 2 help us out...thx for u time

The location is next to the griffon area along the path. It's a small area that overlooks the building with the tower.
