Beacon of Ashara and writs of Acceptance

I've completed all the quests at the beacon including the ones for the caverns of Nozgha but I still can't get the second writ of acceptance from Ara.

What am I missing?

hehe, i think theres somehting we do that bugs it, im lvl 22 and have done allt eh quests and I havnt recieved 1 writ yet. my roomate who was lvl 12, got both already.

Hmm interesting. I was able to get one of them but the other person hates me I think. Thanks for replying
