The wife and I have been trying to do the Going somewhere diplomacy quest in martok. You are supposed to talk to Vise Lugwa once he decides you have have done enough good. We have talked to all the orcs several times and he doesn't seem to be happy at all. Anyone got any hints to help a couple of poor starting goblin diplomates? The one orc we haven't beat yet is him, is that necessary as he is much tougher than the others.

I'm guessing that this is the low level Diplomacy quest- The flag to complete the quest is having 40+ diplomacy skill. Basically, you get the quest and are supposed to chat with the people there until you get to 40.

I could be wrong, however, since I didn't start in Martok and don't know for sure that is the noob quest.

I think this is the soldier quest. If so, you don't need to do it. Finish your other diplomacy quests. This quest is only there in case you get stuck on the others so you can get to 40 skill.

And I promise, you won't be disappointed doing the other questline. It's a really good story with some lore background information.
