If human, and putting 4 points in it each level (5 in strength/dexterity) you net ~615 hit points at 50 and +16 to all resists.
For 5 points in dexterity and strength you'll have approximitly a bonus of 4.27% to your critrate at 50, and roughly +188 to your melee and ranged damage at 50. If you don't play human, I pity you. ;)
It could be compared to roughly 6.50% extra runspeed for 4 points in vitality/level at 50, or a slighty higher chance (perhaps quite impressive chance, I dunno any melee who's burnt down points in wis/int) of seeing who's attacking who in the encounter window (in case you can't figure it out by watching health bars and who the mob is actually visually attacking).
I don't see how you can say constitution is a useless stat for a rogue, when the other 3 alternatives are far, far below in performance.
