Did just Targonor explode or did others crash also?
Was it just Targonor that crashed, or did other servers crash also? I haven't had a entire server crash for a while.. Something must be up  |

Yeap seems to have. Was happily crafting then bang character select.
Now just shows waiting for info from the server

We've requested a restart - once most likely another 15-30 minutes of downtime.

We've contacted SOE, may just have to restart it.
I'll let you know if the downtime will be any longer than 1 hour but should be shorter if only a restart is required.

Server is not displaying as down and still shows active players on our tools (monitoring software both we and SOE use). This thread alerted us to the problem with greater speed, so thank you

I really wish some of the Sigil staff were the CSR's over at SOE lol!
The SOE ones are so miserable and stuck up!
Also they are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard!

<shrugs> yep, but at least you would have heard about the server being down from an "Official" forum instead of checking three forums until one had a listing.
Thanks anyway, no sarcasm intended to Elgar for the kind intervention. I know it's not your fault that we have to check several forums on a regular basis to get answers instead of having one centralized one like the rest of the SoE Network.

SOE is now restarting the server. Should only be another 15-20 minutes.
