I just turned my monk into a dragon monk, and now randomly my finishers go away, when I chunk my finishers go away, sometimes when I switch stances my finsihers go away. they sometimes randomly come back, or I need to relog to get them back.

Im having this problem as well but it only seems to do it when I use my aum then i have to relog to get them back realy anoyin.

I had the problem as well but only when I used Aum to gain the dragon skills .. once I reloged they where fine .. even when chunking.

Rarely happens to me anymore, only when I make level and use aum to gain new abilities every other level.

It's a known issue and is on the monk bug / issue list. Pretty much you'll have to relog after you are done "Aum"-ing for your skills. To get your finishers back.
