Where is Shandrel's Focus from? I'm guessing it's a quest, but is it faction based? Honestly I haven't done a lot of searching for it because I've been trying to finish my last 2 levels, but if someone could narrow it down for me I'd really appreciate it.

As I understand it, it comes from Nelson in Ahgram, same guy as the tonic quest, ring of transmutation, etc.
