I've seen an old guildie or two lurking the SV forums recently and wanted to say hiya!

It seems that the more than a few babies born to SV families, real life interruptions caused by the economy and/or family needs, and all the many responsibilities of day to day life, have prevented many Silky Venom folks from returning to play status in VG. I hope that all is well with you and your families, that the babies are growing up fine, that the new jobs have come along, and that life in general is good.

SV is still here in Vanguard. We're busy with the post-50 content (ok, grind), raiding, enjoying the new mentoring system and in general still killing lots of mobs in Telon. Haldir is the guild leader, Krum still has a lot of alts, we have old players, new players and nice folks who have joined us from guilds that left Vanguard ... all in all, we are still enjoying being part of a great guild and having fun.

We miss you folks ... and that includes you Wild, Maye, Shema, Elara, Waldhar, Reylliam, Wylen, Csan, Ing, and so many more. If you decide to give VG another try, the guild hall is still there, Randolph still flies and if you left the game at 50, you've got 5 more levels to work through, not to mention all the effort to get keyed for Pantheon of the Ancients. Yep, it's all about killing a LOT of mobs! Fun!

Great post Lovi.

I think that it is partly the season that makes us think about friends we have lost track of (and even those we know where they are, but life is just too hectic for us to let them know how much we care )

And, by the way, the latest SV baby is named Thumbtack to go along with his daddy, Pinhed! Pin and Njely are the proud parents and would someone come up with a baby sling that would allow Pin to hold the baby and play at the same time???
