You are going to have to introduce me to that stuff o.O

Seriously, I was dubious at first, tried one.....tired after a long day of work..

Proceeded to go shopping, put away the groceries, clean the kitchen, cook a three course meal for myself, study, and play until early morning.

im soo off of coffee and sodas now. apparently it lowers your cholesterol too.

berries & chocolate!! That sounds great.
There is a store 15 miles from me, I'll go tomorrow & get some to try

The company helps to protect the rainforests also

I'm definitely going to go look for that Acai juice.. that sounds wonderful

As for me and food, I'm somewhat of a health food nut, so I really watch what I eat (though yes I do have my moments)

A couple of easy to throw together and healthy & filling soups:

low sodium beef broth
your fav spices
lots of fresh veggies - I use zucchini, squash, green beans, throw in some lentils, garbanzo's, red beans...whatever sounds good really. If you make enough you can always divide it up into serving size containers and freeze it.

Another easy and good for you fav

Low sodium chicken broth
chicken (I use only white meat, but that's just me)

Cook the chicken in the chicken broth until done. Remove the chicken, shred it and put it back into the crockpot with the broth. Add a bag of frozen veggies (I use peas/carrots but you can use whatever) and about a cup of wild rice. Add a can or two of chicken gravy for xtra flavor. Cook until done - should turn out somewhat thick. This tastes like chicken pot pie without the crust

Went to Sam's Club and got two cases of Coffee, creamer and sugar.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts last a week if you refrigerate them and then microwave to heat them up. NOTE: reheating ruins a jelly doughnut so buy the ones that are not filled.

Next Program my G-15 Keyboard, which by the way is VG compatible, shows compas and stats with the beta game.

Next Remove the COH Positron Mini from the top of my monitor and replace with a generic fantasy game mini painted to look like a VG character.

replace batteries in Mouse

De frag and tweak my system

next two days before relase, rest and do chores.

Oh yeah make sure my Insurance covers carpal tunnel

Never mind ruins, it'll turn the filling to napalm and you'll spend release day in the ER

Man you be slow. I usualy take 15 minute showers, but my best time is 2 minutes. That's including soap and shampoo.

Here is the trick. Leave yourself alone. Get in, use your hands to get yourself wet faster. Use shampoo and squeeze out ONLY what you need. Any more and your just wasting time having to rinse that stuff out of your hair.

Next, same thing with body, use body wash, not a bar so soap. The bar you need to lather up and that is a waste of time.

The biggest thing to remember is don't just let the water rinse you off, use your hands to help it along.
