Had a question for you all if anyone knows- (In Khal)

I hit 11 in Articifing today, and wasn't sure which quest is the one where you choose your specialization. I took a quest that had me deliver goods to a refugee camp, and also to get more work orders there.

Also had a quest that told me to go to the bunkers to the east to learn Qualian Amateur Education bit. But I haven't seen anywhere that I choose to go lumber or stone. I was told that is what happens at 11. As well, I have no title options, although I believe I took the "Intro to Crafting" quest from the starting area later, when I was already level 10 articifing (I just ran down the mountain at launch to start crafting). So I'm not sure if that caused my titles to be reset to nothing. Any common issues or suggestions?
