I have a question regarding bard attributes.

Let me list up what I have first.

According to forbin's post (Thanks Forbin) above,

Str - Melee dmg, Weight Carrying Cap
Con - HP, [B]Damage resistance [/b]
Dex - Crit bonus, Evading (spells, melee), [B]Mitigation [/b] , Chance to defend with defensive abilities, chance to recognize and react to enemy abilities.
Vit - Healing effectiveness, Regen, Movement speed

and

Starting att
s 40 c 40 d 40 v 35

Class based att increase -> S 1 C 1

Woordelf Racial prefered Att -> D 1 V 1

Q1. What's the difference between "damage resistance" you get from Con and "Mitigation" you get from Dex?

Q2. Does DEX do anything good with our instrumental or singing skills?

Q3. As far as I understand, CON/VIT/DEX are the most important stats for bards if I do not want to take a role as a damage dealer (since I always prefer a specialized character rather than a balanced one). What is your opinion on this?

Q4. What's the most important stat in your opinion?

Q5. I'm about to start a Woodelf Bard. And I'll focus primarily on Con / Vit and secondarily on Dex. Can you guys give me some advice on this?

Question 1: Dex no longer gives Mitigation since the end of beta.

Edit: that post i s a little out of date theres one at http://vanguard.tentonhammer.com/ind...lay&ceid= 472 That is more up to date. (the only error i think with it is the half elf stats).

BRDs can't take any decent amount of damage, there's not much point to adding CON unless you plan on soloing a lot
