I´m using the custom UI right now and needed a few more Hotbuttons recently. However the arrangement of standard hotbars seems a bit odd. Especíally the "left hotbar" is rather useless. Firstly it´s overlapping with the "right hotbar". Secondly the finisher and rescue button of my bottom-bar cover parts of this hotbar. Is there a way to simply move the "left hotbar" and the "secondary left hotbar" up a little bit?

If you go to the settings window, the one where you change your graphics and such, go to the UI tab and there is a option called layout mode(something like that) click on that hit accept and you will see little box outlines around everything. This is where you can move almost all the things around. Then just go in and click it off the option when done and you are good to go.
