Doing this quest, but two parts of the 4 I cannot do, they are..

Charlatans basalt stone slab..
Votary's weakened wood board...

I cannot find these recipes, only basic basalt stone slab & weakened wood board..

am I missing a sub component or recipe?

You need enhancement dusts to make them. Go visit the dust vendor in Rindol Fields to the right of the mayor. I highly recommend making stacks of these as you only use one dust, no matter if your doing 1, 3 or 5 at the same time.

just so you know the refine names given to items enhanced with dusts are as follows

Votary's = Vitality
Charlatan's = Intelligence
Mystic's = Wisdom
Drifter's = Constitution
Brigand's = Dexterity
Sentry's = Strength

there are more names but I haven't gotten that far in my listings yet but these are what tier 1 starts out with.

Oh by the way, is there such a thing as a crafter channel in vanguard? & if so how do you join it?

No problem, I need to make note of what the dusts do myself. Also, be advised that the dust is 2 silver each now.

Yes. Type /join craft

On Shidreth, at least, this is a fairly active channel and it's a fun place to chat with others while grinding away on WOs.

Did any Outfitter complete this quest? I can't make "Brigand's Jute Cloth Bolt", since I can't add "Attuning Dust of Dexterity" to the table, even if I have it in inventory.

Einyen I tried & aborted this quest as the Dexterity Dust according to its description isnt compatible with Jute which is the reason you cant add it to the table . I was going to test making the others to see whether it was an error in the quest description but with the price of dust going to 2silver it wasnt worth it .

Ok, I'm glad it is not just me then.

I bug reported this both under Quest bug and Crafting bug, but I think it is a Quest bug, since it seems we are supposed not to be able to use dex dust?
