I will not do wireless due to bad experiences long ago. I bought an expensive wireless mouse and the delay between the movement and the cursor made gaming so frustrating. I'm sure the technology is better now, but I won't give it a chance.

I would use it wired if I bought it (you can plug it in and send power and data over USB)...and it sounds like the guy should have invested in a $5 mouse pad.

I'm with you. I will not, I refuse, to get a wireless KB or Mouse. Refuse.

I don't like wireless either. Mostly because of batteries / recharging.

I do use wireless headsets...but I would definitely use the mouse wired up since it provides the choice.

He is hopeless. I bought this mouse mat called a Razer Sphex and it's amazing. I suggested he buy it but he never did.
