I have done most of the quests around the Beacon of Hafeez al'Azzimat in Qalia, but I'm stumped trying to find out how to get Ara's "writ of acceptance" (for the Writs of Acceptance quest from Hafeez himself). He does not have any quests available and I'm thinking that perhaps I completed his quests before the implementation of the new set, and now I can't trigger his giving me the writ.

Is anyone else having a problem wringing the writ from Ara?

I'm having the same problem. Someone told me it was because of faction. My faction with the Beacon is at 301. A friend of mine was able to update the quest and his faction was under 300 when he did it. Maybe its bugged.

I have the exact same problem.
I also had finished all quests from Ara and Aveen (sp?) before I got the quest to get the 2 writs of acceptence from the dude high on the tower.

I've done missions, because I thought maybe they would help.
Done 16 missions or so now. Didn't help.

Is this broken ?

What's the follow up quest from the guy on the tower ?
Anything interesting, anything fun ?
If not, I might skip this.

anyone figure out whats going with this quest yet? I reported it as bugged a couple weeks ago, but still doesnt work for me.

Having exactly the same problem.

Funny thing is we quested at the beacon with a full group. Four of that group did get the writ, two of us didn't.

Still checking but until now I still don't get the writ so I can't finish the quest.

This has happened to my GF and she is seriously annoyed. She did the quests for the guys BEFORE geeting the Writs quest itself; one acknowledged this and gave her the writs, but the other (the male at the foot of the tower) did not.
