Hello everyone! This website seems to be the best among the others!! Big community and nice database of information about VG. I have some questions regarding adventuring in other continents. I have a Mordebi Sorcerer in Qalia and I would like to complete some q's and explore the land in Thestra or Kojan! Am I eligible to do that as a Mordebi human? I know that I will be KoS on some cities but will I be able to remove KoS and continue with adventuring there? Another thing that I would like to ask is that my friend has a Kurashasa Psionist and we want to adventure and level together.Can we do that without having significant problems? He has killed some mobs around Khal and became friendly with them but is it the end of it?As he told me he can enter Khal now but can't speak to gnomes in there.Thanks in advance guys and gals and sorry if my first post is too big!

I can only tell you how to lose massive faction in the Orc/Goblin starting zone by repeatedly killing some archer NPCs up in towers near the boat where your new character first spawns. Minus 1000 faction per kill and +10 for some other faction.

Curious to see the effects of lowered faction, I continued to kill these NPCs over and over again. Eventually all the NPCs turned red. I was unable to interact with them and some, but not all of them would attack and insta-kill me.

This is probably not a good way to gain faction with another continent. I'm not even sure what my character could have done at that point since I couldn't interact with the trainer anymore or sell loot. Perhaps try to migrate to a city with different faction. Not that I care. I was just goofing around with an alt.

Yes, you can visit other continents and explore the land. Asking around Khal where the teleporter to Kojan is. Yes, some people will hate you, but it's very few.

Yes, you can correct your stance with them by killing their enemies. It's not trivial, but it looks like the entire Thestran continent is open to you. Just be careful when you approach a town.

Yes, you can travel and explore with your friend. The cat people are widely accepted, except on Qalia.

So get out there, young man, and explore. The teleporters will take you to different continents, and from there follow the roads to major civilization centers. Enjoy.

Im an orc and I play on Thestra. You need to gain faction with the different races but it's not very hard. Keep in mind that even if you can enter a city, there might be some NPC that have a different faction. Like you go to a human village but there is a High Elf NPC. Even if most of the village like you, if you don't have your high elf faction high enough, that high elf will want to kill you.

You can easily play on another continent and grinding faction is fast.

What I'd like to know is if it it possible for a Dark Elf to raise faction out of KOS range with diplomacy. (instead of slaughtering hundreds of Kaon or Ksaravi)
