ok just wanted to know if this quest is bugged or broken. i have spend a couple days trying to find the spot to dig for the treasure. i havent seen the X on the ground that marks the spot. the hints and riddle do little help. i'm not one to really ask someone to tell me the answer, but its killing me.(i seen the X before, before i was on the quest. maybe in beta or a week or so after launch)

this is one of the quests you get from an item(an old map) that you find. any help would be great(specialy for my xp debt i have from trying to find this stupid treasure) and i have moved on but still would like to complete it or know how i missed the X and what not.

I'm in the exact same situation - seem to have found a somewhat logical solution for the clues, but all interpretations come up empty. I hate to use the "it's bugged" excuse, but as of now it seems the most probable reason.

anyone figure this quest out. i know i did see an X on the grouund once upon a time(early release or maybe beta). maybe i cant see it cause i turned my setting down to low. anyone?
