Default Falling Petals/White Lotus Strike Thoughts?

I was just thinking instead of having a set number of hit points that these add to each heal, to have them do a percentage increase. This would allow these skills to both work with Blessed Wind without making it overly powerful. Instead of adding +34 hp per tick, it would add +5% hp per tick, and at the lower levels this may not seem like much, higher levels of FP/WLS could increase this more, and make it a more viable solution for higher level disciples.

It's _much_ more useful as it is with a set amount of heal - for blooming ridge hand if nothing else. Also I'd guess that it's a bug that it doesn't affect blessed wind. Maybe that's also why they nerfed blessed wind's heal amount (so it's back to normal with the heal buffs).

Maybe I'm sick in the head, but I hope that the effect works for Kiss of Heaven's hp regeneration as well (when this bond actually lasts for the listed 60 seconds)... I'm going to test this today, but I'll probably be disappointed.

Ok, I don't have BRH yet, so thanks for pointing that out. Was just something I thought might be a viable option, and threw it out there

I love this class, and I'm kinda glad its not over played.. keeps us a bit more mysterious
