Agreed. I've been doing the wardship quests which really are fantastic items, but extremely random/difficult to attain to really be 'staple' level up items. Trengal Keep and Shrine of the Flame provide good level 20ish pieces, but in the 30's I've seen a sore lack of Bard quest rewards.
The medium armor drops I have seen are generally more healer oriented, and the more ranger/bard/rogue/monk-ish types, are few and far between.
The Celestine Ward is really hit or miss. I have two pieces, and the ragged helm, but until somor runes are fixed and I find more drops I don't see this as being a very practical way to upgrade for the average player. I've vendored at least 7 cloth pieces, 4 plates, and who knows how many have dropped that I've seen group members get. Then for medium armor, I have seen a total of 6 leather pieces drop (3 of which were reinforcements - arm slot). This is very probable bad luck on my part, but since they are soulbound.. exactly what I mean by hit or miss.
Would be nice to see maybe a slightly less randomness - after all this is a level 30 quest armor, not high end 50/plan to use for a while. By the time you can complete these sets, in all likely hood you've outleveled some pieces of it.
