I love how candid he is & he is the only Dev in all the MMOs I've played that sound like they actually care about our problems & he tries to fix them. Sigil & SOE you need to get Cylus's input on how to get efficient customer feedback goin.

Nobody is happy about the lack of central forums. Having said that, i'm a little torn about them. I would love Sigil run forums. Most specifically i would love Sigil run forums wherein one had to actually be a player in order to post. I'm not so excited about SOE run forums. I mean, i'd use them of course. I just wouldn't respect Sigil as much if they let themselves be dictated to by SOE on this issue.

I got a screen shot of that, because I figure it will be gone soon, and/or the developer fired soon.

Management hates it when lower level employees are right and they are wrong.

Nobody is happy about the lack of central forums.

Isobel, that is not true and you should know this. When many people in beta and early release were complaining about no central forums ALOT of ppl on this board and on the beta boards flamed them up and down saying NO CENTRAL FORUMS = a great thing.

Yes, but how much of that was the squeaky wheel effect? I recall for a while that on the VG beta boards that something like 80% of all posts for a week were pro-PVP. Yet we all know that 80% of the people that play are not much into PVP.

And besides, it could be that they were wrong. Or maybe the other 9,324 games that DO have central forums are wrong. Who knows.

Yes he has already expressed his preference to exchange information directly with specific guilds and guildmembers rather then in an open forum setting, at least he sees no difference in either. I am certainly happy that Sigil apears too and I hope you guys do too:

Really? Wow, i don't recall that but ..ok yeah that's crazy, but a valid point. Let me amend. Most people aren't happy about the lack of centralized forums.
