Default Clip Plane After Swimming

Everytime i swim in VG, it sets the clipping plane to 10,000.

The problem is when i get out of the water, the clipping plane stays at 10,000, therefore making everything look real foggy.

I then have to manual adjust the clipping plane back to 150,000+.

Its getting slightly irritating, if anyone has had any similar experiences and/or fixes, i would be grateful if you could post here also.

I am using a E6400, 320mb 8800 GTS, 2gig DDR2 667, and Gigabyte 965p-S3 motherboard, if thats relevant.

Thanks in Advance

It's because you have your environmental shaders et up above 75%. I had this problem as well. When I had the Environmental shaders set at 100%, every time I took a dip it would set my draw distance to 10000. I'm pretty sure this is a known bug. So set your shaders below the point to where the waters appearance changes on screen and you will be fine.
