I have a quick question. I haven't left Qalia once in my leveling journey to 32. I have done all the RV quests and most of the River Palace quests I can. I am thinking about going over to Thestra to check out southwatch missives but I have two questions.

1) What faction will I need to raise (I am a Dark Elf) to do the southwatch missives and where can I raise it?

2) What are some lvl 30ish dungeons in thestra to hit up? And do they have consistent player groups in them or are they dead lke pantheon of ancients on Qalia?

the swamp below wardship of sleeping moon has 2 dungeons, Vol Tuniel and Thelaseen, both good for you.
