Just becuase all three can heal evenly doesn't mean you can't have preferences.
It is very likely that there is a class that will work better for how you like to play, or the situations you expect to run it. The other reason for preferences would come out of comparative weaknesses.
If someone knows what classes their weaknesses benefit, and know which classes have a weakeness which benefits them, there is a lot of extra damage to be had just from group composition.
And I won't be adding a vote as my main is a healer, and that would be biased of me.
