- Diplomats with 1000 Prestige faction in one of the nine major cities on Telon can now trade in this faction for a unique title. Seek out the various rulers/administrators of the nine cities (King Mithdor, King Baran, Warden Iona, Magistrate Jadedragon, etc.) and speak with them to earn this title.

Okay I have 1000 prestige in Khal but can't seem to find the ruler/admin?

I thought the person was Vizier Djuruhat Haimurem located in a room upstairs in the Tavern, but I have no option to gain title. Does anyone have information on who I am suppose to talk too and where he/she is located?

In fact it might be good to start a thread on all nine ruler's/admin's as we find them.

The NPC Title Giver is apparently Iona Riverborn (Warden of the Sun ) found in the Chamber of the Sun (first level). The title granted is Speaker of Ca'ial Brael.
