Sorry bud I'm on a different server but with a title like that I just had to chip in. I'm over 400 reaping now and have spent the last 6 nights going from around 250 skill to around 405. I've done this around the Southwatch area on Firegrass and Silkbloom but am yet to find one single mature in all the time I've been here.
So, latching onto your request if I may also ask whether anyone has found any lately?!?! It seems more than elusive to me...700 bales worth! Bug maybe or just sheer bad luck?
I'm pretty well stocked with Mature Silkbloom on Infineum. Pushed a friend of mine's reaping skill from 210 to a bit over 400 the other day harvesting nothing but firegrass and silkbloom. Took a few hours, but i came out with an additional 17 mature silkbloom in the end as well as several hundreds of normal silkbloom, which ended up on a storage character.
And for not finding anyone to sell the mature silkbloom cloth bolts ... in most cases, they are rather hard to get and since we (tailors) need them for upgrades ourselves, it'll be quite hard to find someone willing to spare a few of those.
Make friends with a leatherworker. They need embersteel sheets (which you make) and you need mature silkbloom cloth (which they can refine). In some cases, you can just do 1-to-1 trades on that kind of stuff.
