Well dont know how things are going...havent even logged into VG in awhile and my subs gone.. but I just thought I'd pop by and take a look at whats going on in the world of VG (to resub if its better).

And well I noticed the following

1. Less people on the foruims... could be peeps playing VG, or LOTR or just a continuing downward spiral in interest.

2. Same complaints, flames, rants as a month ago, and a month before that.

3. Lack of any meaningfull posts by Sigil.

4. Lack of any meaningfull improvement overall (at least officially posted).

So whats the real state of the game, from those still playing? Same-ol? Worse? Better? No point?

Some would think me a troll, but my recommendation is wait and see if they make any improvements. It seems that updates are coming further and further apart and nothing of real import is in the pipeline. The community and the game itself seem to at an all time low-ebb. Poor server populations seem to be the biggest bitch people have right now.

Stability is getting better. Some quests have been fixed, some are still borked. Still having fun.

Use DEV Tracker to find the dev posts. Otherwise you will be lost in a sea of tripe, drivel and dross from the many people who claim to want what is best for the game, but haven't logged in for weeks. and it often shows.

But for me the game is still okay. Not perfect, but getting better. and still has potential.
