How to be amateur Thestran when...

when you're not Thestran?

I'm a Qalian tailor, amateur on Qalia, and came to Thestra.
I grinded my Thestran crafters faction above 200 and completed the quest 'learn thestran style' which made me go visit several outfitter masters all over Thestra.

Now I still can't learn any thestran recipe because I'm not thestran amateur.
My crafting instructor in Southwatch has no quest for me (and doesn' let me train any recipe) and the outfitter master in Newt Targonor (the same who first gave me the 'learn thestran style' quest) has no quest for me anymore?

So I'm stuck, what do I have to do?

There are more quests to do after "learn style". These are not always given by the same NPC. I don't know anything about where the level 11 Outfitter quest giver is, but he'll be in one of the major starting Thestran cities for sure...Bordinar's, Tursh, Leth, or Halgarad.

Each tier in Thestra requires a quest, just as each tier on every continent requires a quest.

There is one in Tursh too? For me the level 11 quest for T2 Thestran was the guy in the tower at Renton Keep. Also, for future reference, the T3 Thestran guy is the one in NT (same one the continental style is from).

yeah, the T2 quest guy in tursh is in the second farmhouse, the one without the trainers and utility/gear merchants.
