Default D&D Open Gaming License

Oloh the Great Sage of Arcanic and Mysterious Rules Known as Laws (a.k.a. Oloh the Lawyer),

I am planning on having a D&D-esque campaign with the RP Union over the internet. Some of the classes I want to use appear in a book that is not part of the Core Rule Books. This book is Arcana Evolved. I want to know, if disseminating these classes through the internet is a violation of copyrights. Also, I'm going to be changing the classes somewhat, in case that makes any difference.

Here is all the copyright information:

Malhavoc is a registered trademark and Arcana Evolved is a trademark owned by Monte J. Cook. Sword & Sorcery and the Sword & Sorcery logo are trademarks of White Wolf Publishing, Inc. All rights
reserved. All other content is ©2005 Monte J. Cook. The mention of or reference to any company or product in these pages is not a challenge to the trademark or copyright concerned. This book is compatible
with 3rd Edition and Revised 3rd Edition rules. This edition of Monte Cook’s Arcana Evolved is produced under version 1.0a and/or draft versions of the Open Game License and the System
Reference Document by permission of Wizards of the Coast. Subsequent versions of this product will incorporate later versions of the license and document.
Designation of Product Identity: The following items are hereby designated as Product Identity in accordance with Section 1(e) of the Open Game License, version 1.0a: Any and all Malhavoc Press
logos and identifying marks and trade dress, such as all Malhavoc Press product and product line names including but not limited to Monte Cook’s Arcana Evolved, The Diamond Throne, Legacy of the
Dragons, Mystic Secrets: The Lore of Word and Rune, Ruins of Intrigue, The Dragons’ Return, and Transcendence; any specific characters and places; capitalized names and original names of places, artifacts,
characters, races, countries, geographic locations, gods, historic events, and organizations; any and all stories, storylines, histories, plots, thematic elements, and dialogue; and all artwork, symbols,
designs, depictions, illustrations, maps, and cartography, likenesses, poses, logos, or graphic designs, except such elements that already appear in final or draft versions of the d20 System
Reference Document or as Open Game Content below and are already open by virtue of appearing there. The above Product Identity is not Open Game Content.

Here's some more information about what is Open Gaming License and what you can do with it:

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x...dfaq/20040123c

Here are files from the Core Rulebooks that are open to everyone, so you get a picture of what I mean:

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=d20/article/srd35

At this last link in the first paragrph the last line states: "You may consider this material Open Game Content under the Open Game License, and may use, modify, and distribute it." This makes me think that I can freely send anything that is OGL. All I need to know is if classes in Monte Cook's book are Open Game Content.
