I hate to nitpick, but they most certainly do not thank or even acknowledge anything you send them. I can say this because I sent in an exploit summary to Elrar (see sig) and got absolutely no response whatsoever, yet they hotfixed the servers over it the next day.

I never said I expected, or deserve one. I was simply pointing out factual evidence contrary to what was being stated.
